CSUN Reaches Top 5 in #MyTopCollege Competition

(August 1, 2017) - “People actually care more about you there!” “Go Matadors”. “Best experience of my life”. With comments like these, it’s no wonder CSUN hit the top five nationally in the Forbes #MyTopCollege competition. Forbes asked students to post about their school spirit on social media using the hashtag #MyTopCollege. Students responded, and CSUN surfaced with top rankings! The magazine just announced the poll results, and CSUN placed fifth nationally out of 1,300 unique entries. Associated Students, Athletics, CSUN Today and even Assemblyman Matt Dababneh spread the word locally, and Matadors responded in force. Forbes noted, “Every submission had one thing in common – they showed what can make a college, whatever location or size, feel like a home.” As the Fall semester gets underway this month, student enthusiasm carries the university forward!
