The Klotz Student Health Center at CSUN offers students a number of services on campus with the goal of promoting good health, along with academic and professional success. Physicians are board-certified in family medicine, internal medicine, sports medicine, gynecology and a variety of other areas. The health center is also home to specialists in physical therapy, chiropractic services, massage therapy, optometry, podiatry, dentistry, substance use, and women's and men's health.
CSUN matriculated students
CSUN students who are currently matriculated in a CSUN state-supported degree program have complete access to the Klotz Student Health Center for the Fall academic term because they have paid the standard student fees. These Health Service student fees are automatically billed at the time of enrollment in classes, must be paid before an appointment can be made for health services, and provide students with Klotz Student Health Center access until the end of the term.
Non-matriculated and self-support students
Non-matriculated and self-support students can purchase access to the Klotz Student Health Center. This category includes students matriculated in a CSUN self-support degree or certificate program and students in Open University, Advancing Student Achievement Program (ASAP), Summer Session, or Winter Term. Signing up for access to services from the Klotz Student Health Center is strictly voluntary for students in this category. Students in this category must enroll in 6 or more units to be eligible to purchase Klotz Student Health Center access until the end of the term.
