Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only during the open registration period (before 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2024).
On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, schedule adjustments are permitted (see details in table above), but there will be no refunds.
After the close of registration for Winter Session, there will be no "swapping" of courses allowed, and no refunds.
If the University cancels a class, all the students enrolled in that class will receive an automatic refund for the full campus fees and the full tuition fees.
Refunds Issued:
- Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
- Refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the original card number.
- Refund checks for payments not made by credit card are mailed to the student's address listed in the SOLAR Student Center.
